The Grind is only a 30 minute class. However, this class uses the high intensity interval training method. It is a perfect class to take for those who want to squeeze in an extra class in their busy TMT training schedule just before lunch.
The Grind workouts also allows you to preserve their hard-earned muscles while ensuring most of the weight lost comes from fat stores. These workouts can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels. Although a short class, it provides similar fitness benefits as a continuous endurance workout but in shorter periods of time. This is because high intensity workouts tend to burn more calories up to 2 hours after the workout.
